Cooking methods: 

Pre-cooking prep 
Remove the meat from the packet and place it in a bowl. Toss and massage the meat to refresh the marinade. 

On the hob method: 
Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame. Swirl a teaspoon of oil and let it warm up. Place the meat one at a time allowing the meat to sear on the bottom of the pan. When the side browns, turn it over and allow the other side to brown too. A golden caramel brown colour is not only a feast to the eyes, but also enhances the taste of the final product. 

You could sprinkle water occasionally like a blessing into the pan to retain the moisture, but put a lid on lest the moisture escapes. Towards the end of the cooking process, deglaze—add some water and scrape the bottom of the pan, to dissolve all the essences that have dried out in the bottom of the pan. It would reduce to a thick shiny liquid which is flavourful and could be used to coat the pieces before serving hot and glistening. 

Time: Should take you around 10 minutes, but it’s not the speed, it’s how best you can get a golden brown colour, while retaining the moisture and keeping it glistening to the eye are the pieces of meat. 

Oven method: 
Warm it up to 180 degree or Gas Mark 4. Once heated, place a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame. Swirl a teaspoon of oil and let it warm up. Place the meat one at a time allowing the meat to sear on the bottom of the pan. When the side browns, turn it over and allow the other side to brown too. Transfer the meat from the pan into a baking tray and place in the oven. When ready, remove the tray out of the oven. Place the meat on a serving dish. Add some water to the baking pan and either heat it up over a hob or place it back in the oven to deglaze into an aromatic sauce. 

Now a lot of people might encourage you to slow cook in an oven for extended time at around 120 deg. C or Gas mark 2. We don’t recommend it as our meat is “melt in the mouth” as it is. 

Time: Should take anywhere between 20 to 30 mins, whilst slow cooking could take an hour. 

Microwave method: 
Not recommended. This will dry out the meat from inside and won’t brown the outside. 

Grill method: 
This is for the ones who love the smoky flavour in meats. If you do have a barbecue grill at home, don’t hesitate for a second to light it up, as this is home for Licious meat. 

Time: Should take anywhere between 20 to 30 mins. 


Post-cooking method: 
Once cooked, allow the meat to rest for about 5 minutes before serving it. 

Garnish suggestions: 
Add in a salad, a carb like a pasta and sprinkle some crisps like fried garlic or onion rings.
