  1. To begin, mix garam masala, green chillies, and coriander leaves with the mutton mince. Then mould into small balls.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and fry onions till golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves and let it fry for a few minutes.
  4. Then add chilli powder, spice powder, turmeric powder, and coconut paste and fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add tomato paste, salt and half cup water and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Then add the Kofta balls one by one and leave to simmer for another 20 minutes.
  7. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with coconut rice.

End the meal on a sweet note by indulging in this delicious and sumptuous chocolate cake.

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius
  2. Microwave chocolate chips in a bowl until melted and smooth
  3. Separate egg yolks and whites
  4. Whisk whites in a large bowl until peaks form. Keep aside.
  5. Add yolks one at a time to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Gently fold in egg whites a little at a time to the mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream.
