What’s so special about this dish? Here’s what Annete has to say:
Finely chop the Onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix all the above ingredients together along with the rice or besan flour. Add a little water. Make sure that the batter is thick and not watery as we need to shape them in small flat balls.
Keep the batter to rest for approx 5-10 minutes
Take a tawa and heat some oil in it.
In the meantime, start making the cutlets. Shape it as u wish to. Once the oil is hot u can fry them. You can coat the cutlets with rawa or oats powder or even some rice flour.
Serve hot with rice dal or any other vegetarian dish.
All the ingredients added are as per the quantity of prawns used and individual taste. While mixing the ingredients you can taste the mixture and add masala if required.
