Basa Fish Fry in Butter Garlic Sauce

Make a marinade by mixing all the ingredients and apply to the basa fish. Keep aside for 30 mins.
To cook the fish, lightly coat it in flour and shallow fry.
Next up, in a saucepan, heat the butter and olive oil, add in finely chopped garlic, 3 dry red chilies, and spring onions.
Sauté for a minute or two till the aroma and flavour blend.
Mix in 2 tsp of flour with about 300 ml of stock or water. Let it simmer for about 10 mins and finish with chili flakes, seasoning, and a dash of lemon.
You can add in stock/water depending upon your choice of consistency. Remember to season accordingly.
Ladle the sauce over the fish and enjoy!
