For Chilli Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and add crushed garlic, cinnamon powder, allspice powder, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and yoghurt. Mix the ingredients. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 3 strips. Add the strips to the bowl and coat them in the mixture. Keep them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the chicken strips on skewers. Take the grill pan and heat it with some oil. On a medium flame, place the skewers and grill the chicken strips for about 10 minutes. Make sure to baste the strips with the remaining marinade by turning every 2 minutes.
  3. Take a small bowl and add mayonnaise to it. Then add the chilli, coriander, lime juice and mix the ingredients.
  4. Whether you are using pita bread or flatbread, warm it for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Slice the Pita bread in half. Split them open and add the chicken strips, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a spoonful of mayonnaise on the top. Season with some salt and pepper, and serve.
