Chicken Sanju Baba
Heat ghee and oil in a deep kadhai. Add cumin seeds, black cardamom, whole red chilies, bay leaves, chopped onions, salt. Fry until the onions turn golden brown.
Add in chopped spring onions and ginger. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the chicken, coriander powder, saffron and mix well to ensure the chicken is covered with the masala.
Cook for about a minute and add beaten curd along with the almond paste.
Add salt to taste and tomatoes.
Cover the kadhai and cook for 30 minutes on low flame.
Once the chicken is cooked through, add lemon juice and turn the flame off.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
