  1. Take a pressure cooker and add some oil to it. Then add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds, carom seeds, dry red chilli and red chilli flakes. Saute the ingredients for 2 minutes. As they turn aromatic, add the soaked chana dal and give it a mix. Then add the boneless chicken pieces, salt and the required amount of water. Bring it to a simmer and cook the chicken until it is tender and the water has evaporated. Let it cool.
  2. In a blender add the ingredient and blend them into a thick paste. Then add green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix and combine all the ingredients.
  3. Break 1 egg add it to the meat mixture. Mix it well. The mixture should feel like a dough. Shape the mixture in flat and round patties. Break the second egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Take a patty and dip in the egg liquid then add it to the pan. Shallow fry until golden brown. Shallow fry the other patties in the same way.
