- 250 gm Penne Pasta cooked
- ½ cup Chicken Broth low sodium
- 300 Gm large chicken breast
- ½ cup Broccoli chopped
- ½ cup Portobello mushroom chopped
- 1 cup White Sauce
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
- olive oil as required
- Pepper as required
- Salt as required

- Take a pan and add butter to it. Switch on the flame on medium heat, and once the butter melts add the flour and whisk it continuously to prevent sticking. Add milk at intervals and keep stirring on low heat until the sauce thickens. Then add salt and pepper and take it off the stove.
- Take a pan and cook the chicken with salt, pepper and little water. Set it aside once it is cooked.
- Add butter to a pan and let it melt on medium heat. Then add garlic and sauté it on low heat until the raw smell goes away. Then add the mushroom, broccoli, salt and pepper. Close the lid and let the vegetables cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and sauté them on medium heat. Then add the white sauce and mix well. Then add the pasta and chicken broth. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Recipe Tip
While cooking the pasta in water, add a few drops of oil to prevent it from sticking.
