Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add cleaned and washed trout, salt, crushed coriander seeds, chili flakes, lemon rind, lemon juice and mustard oil.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the fish and keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated fish. Cook on both sides on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Now, for preparing the sauce, heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add the mustard seeds and chopped onions and tomatoes into the pan, and sauté till it turns light brown. Add some water to make the sauce.
  6. Remove the pan from fire, and add the coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt, and mix it well.
  7. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve it hot with rice.
