Make a Healthy and Creamy Russian Chicken Salad with this Recipe
Peel the eggs and cut them lengthways into slices. Take a bowl and line it with lettuce leaves. Then add the chopped onions, potatoes, sliced onions and chicken pieces.
Take a small bowl and add mayonnaise, salt pepper and sour cream to it. Mix the ingredients.
Add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix the ingredients well. Add the tomatoes on top. Cover the bowl with a cling film and refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
If required, you can sauté and cook the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil instead of boiling it.
