  1. Toast all the slices of bread. The more the butter, the better!
  2. Arrange lettuce, cheese slices, cucumber and tomato evenly on a slice of bread and then add dollops of Licious Chunky Mustard Chicken Spread on each toast and spread evenly.

  1. Add eggs to a deep-bottomed saucepan and place it on the stove. Fill it with water covering all the eggs.
  2. Now, add a pinch of salt to the water and let it boil for 10 minutes on a high flame.
  3. In a grinder, add the masala ingredients such as garlic cloves, ginger, chopped onion, black pepper, green chili, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, and salt. Grind them thoroughly.
  4. Place a non-stick pan on medium-high heat and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot enough, add curry leaves and ground masala to the pan. Let this mixture cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Now, cut the eggs into two halves and add them to the pan. Turn the heat to low and flip the eggs on both sides. Make sure you thoroughly coat the eggs with the masala.
  6. Once the masala is cooked well, turn off the heat.
  7. Garnish the egg pepper fry with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti.

  1. Take a glass bowl and crack the eggs into it. Beat the eggs until they turn pale yellow. The secret to fluffy scrambled eggs is to whisk the eggs as much as possible.
  2. Add milk to the bowl and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs again. You can use an electric beater to whisk the eggs.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan. Add butter to it and glaze the pan. Pour the eggs mixture. Let the mixture cook for a few seconds. It is essential to cook the eggs on low heat. Tilt the pan and gently push one edge of the eggs to the centre. Repeat this for the rest of the edges until the liquid is cooked.
  4. Turn off the heat and gently stir and turn the eggs until all the uncooked curdled parts become firm. Eggs tend to cook on their own even after you turn off the heat. This is known as residual or carry-over cooking. Serve hot on toasted bread.
