Gently massage the chicken to refresh the marinade.</div><div><br></div><div>Cooking Methods:&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Non-Stick Pan Method (Time: 5 - 8 minutes)</div><div>1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame.</div><div>2. Spread out the Malai Tikka on the surface of the pan and sear it on both sides for 2 minutes each.</div><div>3. Add 1/4 cup water and cook it evenly with a lid on for 3-4 minutes.</div><div>4. Remove the lid and cook until the water evaporates.&nbsp;</div><div>5. Flip the Malai Tikka occasionally till golden brown.</div><div><br></div><div>Oven Method (Time: 5 - 8 minutes)</div><div>1. Pre-heat the oven to 180℃.</div><div>2. Spread out the Malai Tikka on a greased baking tray and place it in the oven. You could also skewer it if you like.</div><div>3. After 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.</div><div><br></div><div>Serving Suggestions:</div><div>Serve hot with roomali rotis,&nbsp; jeera rice or enjoy as is with lemon wedges, onion rings and mint chutney.</div>
