Cooking methods: 

Pre-cooking prep 
Remove the pieces from package and gently but firmly press the crumbs onto the pieces. 

On the hob method: 
Place a deep-frying pan on medium heat. Add oil, enough to submerge the crumbed pieces. Warm up the oil to 170 degrees. Not so hot that the oil starts to smoke, and not cool enough lest the meat soaks up the oil. Ideally throw in a small piece of crumb and if it sizzles then you should be on the right track. Ideally place a cooking thermometer which should call out the temperature. 
Once the oil is heated, place the pieces one by one gently into the oil. Make sure you don’t drop the pieces in as it may make the oil splatter onto your hand. Gently stir the pieces in the oil and turn over occasionally till you get a golden brown colour. Remove carefully onto a paper towel. Allow the excess oil to be absorbed. Rest for about 5 minutes before serving. 

Time: Should take you around 08 minutes, but it’s not the speed, it’s how best you can get a golden brown colour, how best you can retain the moisture.

Microwave method:

Grill method: 
Not recommended. 

Post-cooking method: 
Once cooked allow the meat to rest for about 5 minutes before serving it. Place it on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed. 

Garnish suggestions: 
Served best with tomato ketchup.
