Rista
Rista is a popular dish, which takes a lot of efforts to prepare but it’s all worth it. You may have had meat balls or kebabs, Rista is just like that, but softer and tastier. To prepare these you require boneless meat, and you require a special Wooden hammer and wooden log to pound the meat into a paste. Using mince and making it into a paste will not taste as good as putting some muscle behind this recipe.
