Grilled Quail with Miso
Cleaned, whole quails marinated in a sauce made of miso, sake, sugar and scallions and broiled for 8 minutes on all sides.

3/4 Cup - 2Sake
1/3 Cup - 3Sugar
3 Tbsp - 4Scallions, white and light green parts only, chopp
4 - 5Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp - 6Semi-boneless quail
