Chicken Kebabs with Spicy Mango Sauce
Premium chicken breasts cut in to one- inch pieces and marinated in a mix of tamari, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, oil, lime juice, ginger, 1 teaspoon of the sugar, the red-pepper flakes and salt. Baked on skewers and served with a vinegary chilli mango dip.
