Masala Fried Pomfret
Whole, cleaned white pomfret scored and marinated with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, lemon juice and seasoning. Batter-fried with semolina. Best served with a wedge of lime and a warm salad.

2 Tbsp - 4Cloves garlic

1 Tbsp - 6Turmeric powder
1/2 Tbsp - 7Red Chilli powder
1 Tbsp - 8Juice of 1 lemon
