Pomfret Shorshe
Marinated whole, cleaned pomfret fried and simmered in golden mustardy gravy.
- 1Pomfret fish
2 - 2Mustard oil, for frying
2 Tbsp - 3Mustard oil, for cooking
2 Tbsp - 4Garlic, chopped
4 Clove - 5Green Chillies, slitted
3 - 6Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
1 Tbsp - 7Mustard seeds, ground into paste
1 - 1/2 Tbsp - 8Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 Tbsp - 9Salt -- to taste
