Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks
Prime grade lamb shanks slowly simmered with fresh rosemary, garlic, tomatoes, and red wine. Perfect compatible with polenta, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

6 - 2Salt and pepper to taste
- 3Olive oil
2 Tbsp - 4Onions, chopped
2 - 5Large carrots, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
3 - 6Garlic, minced
10 Cloves - 7Bottle red wine
1 750ml - 8Whole peeled tomatoes with juice
1 (28 Ounce) - 9Condensed chicken broth
1 (10.5 Ounce) - 10Chopped fresh rosemary
5 Tbsp - 11Chopped thyme
2 Tbsp - 12
