Seasoned and baked salmon fillet, flaked and added with onions, bell peppers, bread crumbs, minced basil, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, shaped into small cakes and baked till golden. To be served with shredded basils and lemon wedges.
