Caribbean Fish Stew with Green Bananas
Halibut steaks boiled, de-skinned, deboned and cooked with celery, onion, green pepper, zucchini, green bananas, okra, lime juice, salt and pepper in a fish broth. Serve the stew with rice and lime wedges.
