Cassola (Seafood Casserole)
This seafood casserole contains squid rings and fillets of halibut, red mullet seasoned, fried and simmered to a soupy tenderness with onions, garlic, pimento, tomatoes and wine.

1 Piece - 3Garlic cloves -- peeled and chopped
1 Piece - 4Canned pimento -- chopped
1 Piece - 5Tomatoes -- skinned and chopped
