"Licious Mackerels are caught every day through purse seine and ringnet catch method. They are checked for sea weed odour, slimy, reddish gills and firm scales which indicate the freshness in terms of texture and quality. After being caught & checked, they are immediately chilled to below 4°C—eliminating the need to freeze, thus preserving the natural taste and texture of our fish.

All our fish and seafood are transported to our facility in temperature-controlled vehicles and processed within 24 hours of being caught. "
