Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium flame.</div><div>2. Spread out the Chicken Tangdi Kebab on the surface of the pan and sear it on all sides for 2-3 minutes.</div><div>2. Add 1/4 cup water and put a lid on so the moisture doesn’t escape. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.</div><div>3. Remove the lid and cook the chicken until the water evaporates.&nbsp;</div><div>4. Flip the chicken occasionally until golden brown. Serve hot.</div><div><br></div><div>Oven Method</div><div><br></div><div>1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.</div><div>2.
