Instructions
Rice Preparation (parboil the rice along with the following ingredients- to be 70% cooked)
  1. Basmati Rice- 300g
  2. Ghee – 1 tsp
  3. Whole Cloves – 1-2 tsp
  4. Cardamom pods- 1-2
  5. Cinnamon stick – ½ inch
Grind the below ingredients together
  1. 1 large Brown Onion
  2. Yoghurt- 1 ½ tablespoon
Saute the following ingredients in a pan
  1. Ghee- 2 Tsp
  2. Whole Cloves- 3
  3. Cinnamon Stick- 1 inch
  4. Cardamom pods – 3 to 4
  5. Black Cardamom pod – 1
  6. Shahi Jeera – 1 Tsp
  7. · Bay Leaf – 2
Add the following to the above saute mix
  1. · Grind Onion and Yogurt Paste
  2. · Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tablespoons
  3. · Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
  4. · Red Chilli Powder- ½ tsp
  5. · Cumin Powder- ½ tsp
  6. · Coriander Powder- 1 tsp water- 20 ml
  7. · Salt- as required
Once cooked (oil is separated) add the Uncrave Chick~n Seekh Kebab and sear for 2 mins
  1. Layer the rice and seekh masala in a pressure cooker
Sprinkle the following on the top layer
  1. · Kewra- 1 tsp
  2. · Chopped Coriander
  3. · Chopped Mint
  4. · Saffron (3-4 strands) soaked in a little milk
