Shrimp Scampi
An Italian favourite, these succulent shrimps are tossed in herbs, lemon juice and seasoning and enjoyed with a base of fettuccini.
- 1Olive or vegetable oil
1 Tbsp - 2Uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, thawed if
3/4 Pound - 3Green onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp (Medium) - 4Garlic, finely chopped
1 Clove - 5Chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 Tbsp - 6Chopped fresh parsley or 3/4 teaspoon parsley flak
2 Tbsp - 7Lemon juice
1 Tbsp - 8Salt
1/8 Tbsp - 9Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
