  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Grease a baking sheet with 1 teaspoon of oil. You can also prepare the toast without using an oven. However, it is recommended for the best results.
  2. Take one Licious white or brown egg and boil it in water for 8-10, or as long as you want till it becomes hard boiled. For those who like it a little bit runny, a shorter time frame is recommended.
  3. Once the egg has boiled, transfer it into a bowl of cold water and allow it cool. After it has lost its heat, peel the outer shell.
  4. Now, take the ¼ half of the avocado. Make sure to scoop out the seed, and then mash it in a separate bowl. Add the salt and pepper to the mashed avocado. Alternatively, you can season the toast at the end.
  5. Then, take a slice of whole wheat/regular or multi-grain bread and spread the mashed avocado evenly onto its surface.
  6. Now, slice the boiled egg and place it on the toast.
  7. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, place the slice of toast on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
