Instructions
Prep:
  1. Remove the Fish with Café De Paris Butter from the package and place it on a tray. Toss and massage the fish to refresh the marinade.
Frying Pan On The Hob (Time: 7 – 8 minutes)
  1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the fish pieces skin-side down and let them sear.
  2. When the skin-side browns, gently flip the piece and allow the other side to brown too. Add the butter to the pan and once it melts, start spooning it over the fish to baste the fish and add more flavour.
Roasting in an Oven (Time: 8 – 9 minutes)
  1. Warm up your oven to 180℃ or Gas Mark 4. Grease a baking tray with a teaspoon of oil, place the fish on the tray skin-side up, and place it in the preheated oven.
  2. After 3-4 minutes, place the butter on top of the fish and let it cook for a further 3-4 minutes. The butter will melt and give the fish a lovely golden-brown colour and delicious flavour.
Serving Suggestions:
  1. Let the Fish with Café De Paris Butter rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with roasted vegetables for a delicious Christmas spread.
