  1. In a large bowl, crack the classic eggs from Licious, and add cinnamon and milk. Whisk it well using a fork.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a large pan; soak a piece of bread in the egg mixture for a few seconds and place it in the pan to toast properly.
  3. Repeat the process with other bread slices, and put all of them on the heated pan and toast until golden brown.
  4. To make the strawberry sauce for the Indian French Toast, mix the sugar, sliced strawberries, and vanilla extract with a few tablespoons of water in a saucepan on low heat. Skim the mixture until it becomes a paste or sauce. The procedure will take approximately 6-7 minutes, or longer, but keep skimming.
  5. Spread the sauce over the bread slices once the mixture has thickened. Serve with sliced strawberries as a garnish.
