Taanvi’s Mumma’s Dhaniya Chicken
Ingredients
  • 10-15 chicken wingswith skin to get that crisp
  • 2tbsp Butterolive oil if you’re trying to be healthy
  • 2-3cloves minced garlic
  • 2tsp Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch roughly chopped coriander
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan add the butter and let it bubble.
  2. As the butter turns brown, add the garlic and let the aroma fill your kitchen.
  3. Toss the chicken into the pan and fry until the skin is golden brown.
  4. Add the pepper to taste, continue to fry.
  5. On high heat, add the coriander and toss it in the chicken.
  6. Fry until the coriander changes colour.
  7. Serve hot.
