Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Ground Pepper for taste
- 5 tbsp butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice and zest
- Parsley finely chopped

- Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Then, grease the baking dish with oil or lay small baking sheet over it.
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under water and pat them dry with a tissue paper. Once they are dry, season them with salt and pepper, and place them over the baking sheet.
