  1. In a deep-bottomed pot, add the gnocchi, boiling water, and salt. Simmer for about two to three minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add the cornflour along with a splash of milk. Mix into a smooth paste, and then add the remaining milk. Pour the mixture into a pan, and add the spring onions, salmon, prawns, and reef cod cubes. Bring to a simmer. Stir frequently, until the mix has turned thick and the fish is cooked. Add the chives, salt, fresh cream, and peas. Bring to a simmer.  
  3. Heat the grill to a medium-high, and arrange the gnocchi on top of the filling. Brush with oil, and sprinkle with black pepper. Grill for about five to ten minutes, or until the gnocchi turns golden. Serve hot with green beans. Enjoy!
