Pre-cooking Prep:
  1. Remove the meat from the packet and place it in a bowl. Toss and massage the meat to refresh the marinade.
Pan-Fry on the Hob (20 minutes)
  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Spread out the pieces of chicken on the surface of the pan let them sear on both sides, flipping occasionally.
  2. Sprinkle water into the pan to retain the moisture and put a lid on to prevent the moisture from escaping.
  3. Remove the lid and cook the chicken on medium to high heat, until most of the water has evaporated.
Baking in an Oven (20-30 minutes)
  1. Warm the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 4.
  2. Heat up a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium flame.
  3. Place the chicken pieces for half minute on each side, turn it over and allow the other side to brown.
  4. Transfer the pieces from pan into a baking tray and cook it in the oven.
  5. When cooked through, remove the tray out of the oven. Place the chicken pieces in a serving dish.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Once cooked allow the meat to rest for about 5 minutes before serving it.
