  1. Cut the meat into pieces, wash, cook it with a little water and salt.
  2. In a vessel heat 2 tablespoons ghee, fry the crushed garlic but do not brown it. Add the Bottle Masala, fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the pumpkin and stock from the cooked meat. When the pumpkin is cooked, add the coconut milk, salt and the tamarind pulp. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Serve hot with steamed Rice.
