Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add ginger & garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, and the Licious Original Tandoori Chicken Masala and mix well.
  2. Massage the Licious Chicken Leg Boneless Cubes with the above mix for 2-3 mins. Then add in the curd.
  3. Heat mustard oil to its smoking point. Once cooled, add and mix well to the chicken and marinate for 15 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 
  5. Place the chicken pieces evenly and cook till they’re slightly charred from all sides. 
  6. Once the chicken tikka is at room temperature, cut it into cubes. 
  7. Take a pan and heat butter. Sauté the onion cubes along with the red, yellow, and green bell peppers and keep them aside.
  8. Take the tortillas and sprinkle shredded processed cheddar cheese.
  9. Place chicken tikka cubes, sautéed onions, and bell peppers on half of the tortilla and fold it like a half moon.
  10. Take a pan, heat 1 tbsp butter and sear the chicken tikka tortilla from both sides and serve.
