  1. Open the canned tuna and drain out the water present in the can. Add the tuna to a bowl. Then, add mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped onion and lemon zest to the bowl. Mix it well with the fish. To make the dish a little spicy, add red chilli flakes. Finish it off by adding salt and pepper and combine.
  2. Take a bread slice and apply some butter on it. Spread the tuna filling and layer it with another bread.
  3. You can toast the sandwich, or you can simply serve it in a plate with some side salad and potato fries.
