  1. Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Then add the garlic and fry it until it loses the rawness. Then add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock and sugar. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Stir at intervals.
  2. In another pan add a little oil and fry the chicken drumsticks on all sides until it is brown. Place the chicken in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken drumsticks in the casserole. Preheat the oven at 180-degree Celsius and bake the chicken uncovered for 15 minutes. Then place some raw sliced onion on the top and baste the chicken with the sauce. Bake for another 35 minutes and keep basting every 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven once it is cooked. Serve hot.

If Worcestershire sauce is not available then you can replace it with red wine.
