Bangda Fish Fry Recipe

Instructions
  1. Take the Mackerel and add salt, lemon juice, red chilli paste and turmeric to it. Mix them all well.
  2. This prepares our marinade. Now, you can cover the Mackerel with rice flour evenly.
  3. Now heat oil for frying in a pan.
  4. Take the marinated mackerels and fry them well from all sides.
  5. Shallow fry the fish until golden and crispy from all sides.
  6. Serve hot!

  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Use lemon wedges on the side. 
  • Use onion rings on the side.
