  1. Take a bowl and mix garlic, tomatoes and onion in it.
  2. To the same, add tomato puree, hot chilli powder, red chilli, and coconut milk. Mix them well.
  3. Once done, place the Barracuda Fish Steaks on an aluminium foil.
  4. Start covering it with the paste. Make sure it is coated well.
  5. Once done, wrap it neatly in the foil.
  6. Place it on the grill.
  7. Grill for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway until it is cooked properly.
  8. Serve hot alongside rice or roti.
