  1. Pound the chicken breast pieces to 1-inch thickness.
  2. Add the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, broth, pepper, salt and rosemary, and whisk together in a bowl. Add ¼ cup of this marinade to a ziplock bag along with the chicken breast pieces. Marinate for about 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Over medium heat, add the oil and marinated chicken pieces in a large skillet. Cook for three to four minutes on each side or until the pieces are cooked.
  4. In a separate skillet or saucepan, add the remaining marinade and bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer.
  5. Allow the marinade mixture to simmer for ten minutes or until it reduces to half and forms a nice glaze.
  6. Plate the cooked chicken breast pieces and drizzle the balsamic glaze over them. Serve hot, and enjoy!
