Instructions
  1. In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil.
  2. Sauté the garlic for a minute.
  3. Mix in the onion and cook until it is transparent.
  4. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
  5. Mix in the salt, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns and turmeric powder.
  6. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in the coriander leaves.
  8. Place in another bowl and let the mixture cool down
  9. Mix in the grated potatoes well.
  10. Here once again, add the breadcrumbs
  11. Make equal quantities of the mixture and form them into cutlets.
  12. Whisk together the egg and a pinch of salt in a mixing dish.
  13. Coat the cutlets in the breadcrumbs after dipping them in the beaten egg.
  14. In a nonstick pan, heat some oil. Place the cutlets and shallow-fry on both sides until brown and crisp.
  15. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
