  2. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and heat the oil
  3. Add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown in colour.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook till the oil separates.
  5. Add the marinated chicken along with salt. Saute on high heat for a few minutes.
  6. Add some water and cook on a low flame to get the consistency of the curry you require.
  7. Garnish with ghee and coriander leaves and serve hot!
