  1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
  2. Once hot, add in the chopped onions and a little salt and sauté till soft and translucent.
  3. Add the crushed ginger and garlic, and green chillies, and sauté well until the raw smell disappears.
  4. Add the chopped capsicum and carrot and cook for about three to four minutes. Add the black pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Add 1 ½ tbsp of all-purpose flour and sauté well for a few seconds. Pour in the milk and stir continuously until. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  6. Add the shredded chicken pieces, mashed potato, and chopped coriander. Mix and combine well. Cook for two minutes. Remove the mix and allow to cool down.
  7. Take a little portion of the mix and make about 15 to 18 balls. Press lightly to form a cutlet shape. Keep aside.
  8. Take three bowls, crack two eggs in one, add ¼ cup flour in another, and crushed vermicelli in the third bowl.
  9. Now, take each kebab and roll it in the flour, then dip it in the egg and finely coat it well with the crushed vermicelli and keep aside.
  10. In a deep pan, add enough oil to deep fry the kebabs. Once hot, drop in the kebabs and fry till golden.
  11. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
