Chicken Spring Roll Recipe

  1. On a medium flame, heat enough cooking oil to fry the chicken mince. Once cooked through, remove and set aside the mince.
  2. To the same pan, add cabbage, ginger/garlic paste, onion, and capsicum and let them soften.
  3. Once the onions are translucent, add the mince back into the pan and mix everything together well.
  4. Next, add the salt, pepper, and red chilli powder to the mixture. Let this cook for another few minutes before turning off the heat and setting it aside.
  5. Once the mince has cooled sufficiently, start filling your rolls. Take a small amount of mince and place it in the middle of the wrapper. Next, dab the left, right and top edges of the wrapper with some water. Fold over the left and right sides then roll. Repeat this process until you’re satisfied with the number of rolls.
  6. Finally, deep-fry each roll in hot oil until golden and crispy. Enjoy with some sweet chilli sauce!
