  1. Preheat the oven at 200-degree Celsius. Take a large thick sheet of foil and brush it with oil. Place the fish on the foil. Make slits and place the lime slices inside the fish. Scatter over the carrot, ginger, garlic and green onions. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the fish. Bring the ends of the foil together and twist them to seal the fish. Place the parcel on a baking dish and bake the fish for 30-35 minutes until the fish is flaky.
  2. Take a saucepan and add water to it. Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the package. Drain and keep them aside. Take a wok and heat some oil in it. Add the red onions and garlic to the wok and sauté them on high heat for 30 seconds. Then add bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes until they soften. Add the noodles to the wok and pour in some soy sauce. Stir and toss the noodles. Cook the ingredients over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the fish from the oven and unwrap it. Transfer it to a plate. Cut slices and serve with freshly cooked noodles.
