Fried Fish Fillet Recipe
The fish fillet recipe we have for you today is neither battered nor crumbed. Instead, we are using a flour coating that will turn crisp and golden when fried. This recipe is minimal and less messy. There’s no egg or breadcrumb used. All you’ll need are five ingredients, one of which is the fish. You can fry or oven roast french fries instead of going through the hassle of making them yourself.   1. Take a deep plate and add flour, salt, pepper and paprika to it. Mix the ingredients.
  2. Take the fish fillets and coat them in the flour mixture. Make sure to shake off the excess coating.
  3. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and add oil for frying. Once the oil is smoking, lower the flame to medium and gently place the fillets into it. Fry the fish fillets for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. The fish should be cooked through. Fry the fillet in batches. Add more oil if required after frying the first batch. Serve hot with Ketchup or mint chutney.

If you prefer a tartare sauce with your fried fish, combine mayo, lime juice, dill, and capers in a bowl. If you don’t have capers, no worries, add chopped-up bits of pickled cucumber or any other veggie you enjoy.
