  1. Take the freshly delivered mackerel fish and add a pinch of salt, red chilli paste, lemon juice, and turmeric to it. Use a spoon and combine all of these together.
  2. The marinade is now done. Let this be for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Next, dip the marinated mackerel into the rice flour. Make sure it’s coated evenly on all sides.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan.
  5. When the oil is hot, take the marinated mackerel fish and deep fry them evenly from all sides.
  6. Fry until they turn a golden brown colour.
  7. For the best experience, serve it hot.

Use lemon wedges for a tangy flavour. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with a side of onion rings.
