Nadia’s Mumma’s Mutton Shami Kababs
Instructions
  1. Make sure to soak channa dal overnight.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and set the time for 10minutes.
  3. Once cooked, grind all the ingredients in a mixer.
  4. Add green chillies as per your taste, 1 medium chopped onion and green coriander.
  5. Mix well with mince and make round flat patties.
  6. Fry with very little oil.
