  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Meanwhile, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large pan, heat olive oil over a medium-high flame and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-10 minutes until browned on both sides.
  2. Coat the baking dish with oil or butter and place the cooked chicken in it. In a bowl, whisk together rosemary, butter, garlic, chicken broth and lemon juice and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake the chicken for about 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Serve the chicken in a platter and drizzle the sauce left over at the bottom of the baking dish over it. Garnish with parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon slices and rosemary sprigs.
