  1. Take 1 cup of mustard oil in an iron skillet and heat it nicely to remove/reduce the pungency.
  2. Add the whole black peppercorns, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic cloves and fennel seeds and let them begin to crackle.
  3. Add the onions and stir fry them until golden brown.
  4. Add the Parsi masala mix to the onions and fry until red.
  5. Once the masala is fried, add the shrimps/prawns and lower the flame.
  6. When the shrimps are soft add the raw chopped mango, green chillies and coriander.
  7. Keep stirring till the mango pieces soften and are well blended with the prawns and onion masala.
  8. Check for salt and garnish with fresh mint before serving.
